Dude, it's way over MSRP, it doesn't have the 4A transfer case, and not even a rear locker.

It does have one great feature, which may elevate its value in that local market. It has the now discontinued cloth seats, in Roast no less, which are holding up amazing in my Bronco (and is a great color combination with the Carbonized Gray exterior).

Also, all 2 doors come with the hardtop... LOL. Just saying.

While it is over MSRP, those who want a 2-dr OBX can't order one anymore. The seller has the Luna aka Navy Pier cloth seats which are really nice and compliments the Carb. Gray.

I have a recent 2-dr OBX with Luna cloth interior, 4A/rear locker, mod. bumper and I wouldn't think of selling it for less than the current MSRP + taxes. The OP's asking price isn't that far off from that all-in cost.
