Rough Country Bumper Thread

I do like the minimal look of this bumper and the fact it is compatible with my other Rough Country accessories. I will get it delivered on the 22nd and show a series of pics from the install and review the quality. The best part is the price and free shipping. Paying Over $1000 for a bumper is just not what i consider fun. If you wanted the expensive bumpers, good on you.

I agree, $1500 for a bumper is way too much. I should be getting the bumper in Tuesday (22JUN) Ill be sure to share pics and maybe an install video

I have the RC full width installed. Exactly the same other than the wings are a different shape. I bet the high clearance is easier to adjust lights too.

Pretty easy install overall, even by myself.

I'll share pics once I get back from a road trip and wash off the bugs.

I actually did see a rear bumper listed on RC, had it in my cart went back an hour later and it wasn't on the site anymore. This was about 3 weeks ago. It seemed very comparable to the front. Light options, step options, and around $600.

I even called them and none admitted to knowing what I was talking about

hmmmm, interesting. I am curious to see what they produce. It looks like the quality is pretty good. The only fab I may have to do, is for a front license plate, mandatory here in MT.

Bumper installed. Super easy process and great fit with the fender flare delete.
Now I’m just waiting to see when Rough Country will release the rear bumper to match the front. I have to relocate my lights that I had on my RC bull bar, since that will not fit with this bumper without modification.

RC did a great job keeping price down and delivering a quality bumper that fits real nice.

I did remove the crash bars for aesthetics and for the future 35s.

The new Rough Country rear bumper should be releasing within a week from today (28June2022) Had the opportunity to chat with them on IG today.

I’ve been waiting to see if anyone would post their bumper, I am looking at the wider version and hoping that they put out the hidden winch for the 2.7 and that it will work with the bumper. Thanks for the info.

I believe the bumper is the same, just the wings are different. There is a 2.7 winch mount now.

Im pretty sure that it will work with the RC bumper too

Thanks for the info, I am highly likely going to go that route just gotta get everything in order first, sorta been waiting to see some reviews. I definitely like the look and functionality but have been hesitant cause all I see if Rough country getting dumped on for their lifts. Did you get the lighting for the bumper as well?

I have been waiting for this, still don't have my Bronco yet, but when it gets shipped, this gets ordered!
