Rubber vent tilts

Does anyone have any tips on removing the rubber vent tilt clips? Looking to trade mine and don’t want to damage them trying to remove them. It’s a pretty soft rubber encased in a black plastic. It looks like you can remove the whole plastic piece just want to confirm before potentially damaging it when removing l.

Just pop out the entire vent if you find someone to swap with, way easier. They just lift out with a little leverage at the bottom.

There was a video here on how to do it, but a screwdriver or trim tool and you can pry it out from the bottom.
