Screen blackout Issue

My screen will show the ford logo for about 15 second and then the screen is just black. If I press the overhead camera button or put the car in reverse it works, but then goes black again. I have tried the power button plus FF button and it just shows the Ford logo for 15 seconds or so. music doesn't appear to work. Do you know of any fixes before I take it in to the dealer? I have Lux and did not forscan or anything like that.

Do a soft reset and see if it works. Use this link for guidance, starting with the soft reset. If this don't work move to the next one (you will loose your phone app connection and will have to re-load your app info/tedious!)

I did the soft and hard to no avail. Bluetooth calls also still work. Trying to get a date for service.

I'm still waiting for an APIM module to come in from my dealer, it's been 3 weeks now.
My 8" Sync screen went black over a month ago. Stereo still works tho.
Dealer tried to do a software update on 11/17, had no effect, so they ordered an APIM module from Ford. Ford will need to program it before sending it out, that'll add to the time. 'My dealer said' they are waiting for several modules to come in.
