Mine will sometimes switch to the CarPlay screen, sometimes not. The audio is always what was playing previously though. The latest is a pop up at start that says "Bronco Saved".

To paraphrase, they told me it’s supposed to be this way. When I told them that’s not only wrong but a poor user experience they told me they couldn’t help me and I should take it to a dealer.

Last time I checked the dealer didn’t staff software developers and if I have to take this thing in because of a software issue I’m just leaving it there.

I’d just be happy if XM channel 2 wasn’t suddenly the default every time I start the car. I don’t know why it keeps forgetting.

I’ll also add that my ac controls funk up sometimes. I use the same configuration but I’ve been noticing more and more the settings get off. No circulation or like I pressed the A/C button. Not sure how the electronics work but hopefully it’s a bug they can update.

No idea but it's happening more frequently now, and it also corresponded with the apim crashing on the freeway this morning and taking out the 12" screen and all of the audio and android Auto navigation etc.

Been a couple of months... Any one know what Bronco saved means? Can't seem to find an answer. Checking the 2021 owners manual PDF there are 8 references to the word "saved" and none of them mention the screen pop up.

No idea. Mine has been doing that the entire year I've had the Bronco.
