OK, This is part rant and part inquiry. Had a routine oil change scheduled at Covert for months, called two months prior to ask for a simple TSB for update to allow the parking sensors to remain off via the sysnc screen at the same time. They pick up my vehicle for service and call me to tell me it will be a two week wait for the "trim" department to do the update and the vehicle will have to remain there until then 
. No way I'm leaving it there that long for this! Need to find a new FORD dealership that actually do real work, not just oil changes! I'm through with Covert Lincoln Ford in Austin service department!
Any good FORD service centers out there?
EDIT TO MY RANT: emailed service manager at Covert my displeasure and he responded with that being totally unacceptable. Advised it will be completed within two (2) days. Still too long, but way more better than (2) weeks. I'll take it as a win! Just hope the damn TSB works after all of this.
