DFW Dealer transmission service recommendations

I called 5 Star in North Richland Hills five weeks ago about an issue with my auto transmission sticking in 1st or 2nd as I try to accelerate going around a corner.

They said they only look at transmissions one day/week and were backed up and would call me.

That call never came so I got someone today and they want me to drop off my Bronco for up to two weeks for diagnosis!

Great customer experience. Not.

Anyone have any other recommendations, preferably on west side of metroplex?

I have used both Don Davis in Arlington and Auto Nation on Bryant Irvin. The people at both places a super nice. Don Davis seems to be better at ‘bring your car in on this day and we can look at it’. Auto Nation is more ‘bring your car in Today and our tech will get to it in a week’. I use Auto Nation simply because it is closest.
