We do have a fabrication facility in Gilbert Arizona. We are working on a ton of Bronco parts. We tig weld everything we build that requires welding. We started with a few universal products and did some Toyota and Jeep stuff in the beginning. We then switched to mostly Ram products until we picked up our Bronco. We are now working on lots of Bronco parts. If you have anything you’d like to see made that isn’t currently made or you’d like to see it made different or better, we are always open to suggestions and keep a list of parts to add as we have time.

I added a bunch of photos of products we have built or finished for customers over the last year or two. The aluminum bumper on the Ranger was a kit a customer bought. We welded it, blended it, powder coated it and installed it.

I can weld aluminum and I can bend and form. For production jobs I have a cnc laser cutter and bender I outsource too. Most custom jobs I do all in house.

Those are SS5 pros. They are insanely bright. I drilled a hole just large enough for the wiring harness to fit through. The home is on the drivers side between the two mounting studs. After I ran the wiring harness through I ran a bead of silicone around the harness to insure it is sealed. It also sits under the lights mounting bracket as well. I have had zero moisture issues. I ran the wires down the A pillar and behind the dash and then through the firewall.

So you used the factory accessory wire location but used the harness they supplied? Sorry, I just wna to make sure I have that right. I like the SS5 setup. I see you are in AZ. I am interested in getting this and maybe having you install it. Can you send me a quote? I want the Pros as well. I do not have the nronco yet but I just received my confirmation email which stated it will be built in september. Thank you

I ran the Diode Dynamics harness to the factory auxiliary switch wire on the drivers side firewall. I wired it to switch 1 due to the power it pulls. I can send over a quote. It may be tomorrow before I get a chance to get it over.

Since you asked for ideas, you might want to gauge interest on transmission crossmembers for the 2.7 that don’t hang. It’s a problem no one is really addressing.

Yes, they hang down far and appear to be rock magnets. Not a bad idea.

I have the same color rig with a Diode Dynamics 8XL linkable light bar to put on but have a Trailrax roof rack and not sure it will fit between their mount and outside the wind ramp on the front.
I want to run 37's under it and looking at options for the lift. I am worried about geometry so I got Perch collars but not installed them yet. I am worried it might not be enough. Did you do anything with the tie rods to account for the 37's? I like the look of those ADS shocks.

That looks great! I am going to eventually get a 74Weld rack. Until then, I am running stock tie rods and keeping a set of Icon tie rods in the back for spares. I didn't install braces or upgraded tie rods yet because I'd rather break a tie rod than a rack. I may end up installing bushings in this rack if I don't get the new rack soon.

The ADS kit is amazing. My wife is extremely picky about vehicles and tends to not like aftermarket parts on her vehicle (Yes, yes I know that is weird for someone that is married to the owner of a fabrication and aftermarket shop). Because of that she ordered a Bronco Raptor for the size, performance and 37s. After driving my Bronco with the ADS kit and 37s she is looking to let her Raptor order go, get an Outer Banks and have me install an ADS kit and 37s.

Off Road they are amazing as well. I go out with friends that have very built trucks and keep up with them just fine. They have all gained a lot of respect for the Bronco and the ADS kit.

We are working on several things. Rock sliders, skids for the transmission crossmember and to protect the transmission pan, front upper control arms, rear lower control arm skids (Frame side) since we hit those a lot. We have several other things we are keeping quiet for now.

I haven't updated in a while. Since the last update I have installed the 74 Weld stage 1 kit (this is to hold me over until I do the full rack), Icon tie rods, Anvil Offroad rear shock skids, Anvil Offroad third brake light extension, Anvil Offroad tailgate support and spare tire relocate (moves spare up a little higher and a little further out to accommodate larger tires and wider tires) and a bunch of smaller miscellaneous things. We have several exciting things coming out soon. Here is a little photo dump.
