Spacer question

Ok so this is what I'm working with. I have a 2025 bronco big bend which I'll attach photos. I already have my front struts which I'm using to level out my bronco as well as new upper control arms, im just waiting on the rear fox struts to come in and my tie rod sleeves which both come in on monday. Im using my stock wheels and I'm adding toyo 315/70r/17 tires, and I know there are people out there that say that tire doesn't fit, but I have seen enough people use this tire on their stock rims and it works. My question is do I need spacers because of the offset on the rims itself. Im not going off roading as well, its simply a daily driver and I'm looking for a more aggressive look. I was going to buy new rims but the daughters tuition just went up 2800 a year so there went those funds. So do I need to add around a .75 in to a 1 in spacer or am I good with what I'm doing.

A +30 offset is the sweet spot for 35s. Sounds like you are reusing the big bend +55 offset rims. I would find some cheap SAS +30 rims if money is a concern. I don’t like having an extra interface with wheel spacers. But you should be fine with good quality 1” spacers. Nothing to worry about. Just check them at each wheel rotation.

0.75 or 1" should be plenty to keep the tire away from the new UCA.

If cost is a concern, some people install 315/70R17 tires on stock +55 offset wheels with no lift and no issues other than maybe some mild contact at full lock. But if wanting a mild lift or front level, some $50 lift spacers are an option.

I've been running those 315/70R17 tires on +42 offset rims for over a year with no problem mostly on-road. Although I'm going to install a spacer lift this spring for off-road use.

I have no problem running wheel spacers. Quality spacers, like BORA, are not a safety risk if properly installed and maintained.

Your Big Bend factory rims came with little “pockets” for the spacers, so it is clear that Ford Corporate anticipated customers installing wheel spacers.

You might not need wheel spacers when using your stock +55 offset wheels with 315/70R17 tires (regardless of front level). Some forum members run that setup without issue, although some report mild tire to frame contact at full lock. I'd first try without the wheel spacers and see how well it works for your usage and appearance wise. You could always buy some wheel spacers later if needed.

I was told if you level put your bronco and put bigger tires on you want to upgrade your control arms to get a proper alignment.
