Spare Tire Fishing Pole Mount?

I was driving past a Jeep going the opposite way and noticed a bike rack that was mounted to the spare tire. I am wondering if anyone knows where I might find so

Anyone? Do I have to try and make my own (not very good at fabrication….. unless it’s a meal). TIA

mounting a bike rack to the spare tire, instead of a $80 hitch, is the wrong thing to do. Also, whats up with your title? Fishing pole spare tire mount? dont mount any fishing poles you care about to the spare tire. It wont work horizontal, diagonal, or veritical. Itll snap. Especially if your rod is over 7'.

Ok Changed the title. Backwards phrasing, really not a big deal. I was thinking about collapsing the two piece poles with a place to store out of the truck. Yes, a hitch mount would work, but have to be removed to open tailgate..... merely looking to see if anyone knows of a tire mount.
