I use Sport Mode in 2H all the time. In fact, I have only every used Sport Mode in 2H. I do not have Advanced 4x4, thought it was an unneeded cost option.
Same, if I'm not on a long highway drive, my bronco lives in sport mode (even offroad, with manual 4Hi selection).

Must have been something available at no cost with mid or lux since my build had Advanced 4WD as a no-cost option on top of standard 4x4

Or only 2021 or only 4 dr

I wanted the manual transmission and, if I recall correctly, you couldn't have manual with the mid or lux packages (maybe due to remote start or something).

You can select sport and just change to 2H if 4A concerns you.

I love sport mode (who wouldn’t?), but I hesitate because of the 8th gear lockup at fwy speed. I’m not in the Bronco for fuel economy, but I’m trying to wring every drop I got coming to me. I still find an occasional reason to open it up now and then to keep turbo exercised, but if I get the opportunity to coast I will, and I want high gear for that. Eco is just boring, and I’ll never use it. I’m getting 16.7 outa 4d Squatch, 2.7, so I’m not unhappy compared to the 17 mpg’s stated on the window sticker. I’m also under 2,000 miles so i expect a little bump at some point.
