I purchased a Starlink Mini for my 2024 Badlands 2.7L 4-Door Hardtop. I installed molle panels in my ceiling from front to back seat and would like to mount the Starlink inside on the ceiling. Do yall think the magnets will hold on the molle panel? I recently saw some equipment from VERITUS Van. Looked interesting. Thoughts? Comments?

The issue with magnets is more of an issue on the mount. If they all 4 can stick to the mole panel then I think you will be fine with them. When I did this type of mount on my mole panels I went and drilled holes to match. My mount did not come with magnets so I had no choice.

Probably, depends on magnet strength more than anything. The dish isn’t very heavy.

The Stargear magnet for our mini is super strong. I tested it on an Open Road shelf and it was stuck on there tight. We were happy to see the mini can link through the roof. Our next purchase will be something closer to the roof like metal2mountain swing down shelf or the Crow Molle that mounts between the front seats but up near the roof.

No issues with Starlink mounted inside the roof?

I run mine on top of my Attic Tray, through the MIC roof and it works great. I have tow straps, ropes and more in the Attic Tray, so the Starlink just naturally wedges in that space securely for me.

I have the Revolink mount, and with some minor modification it works with the soft top.

Thanks. If you have any pictures, that would be great to see.

My hard top is on right now but pretend its canvas

Had to move the mount forward of center for the soft top to roll over it when rolling it all the way back - easy to just drill 2 new holes and reuse 2 existing ones

The C-brace/frame fit no issues at all. Just needed to move the mount forward a bit to clear
