Status unknown

I have been using the ordertrack.app to follow my bronco order. All week it said awaiting shipping then this afternoon it changed to status unknown. It has a 3/10 blend date and was officially built on 3/14/21. When I called ford yesterday they said it was leaving the factory on 3/20 to the dealership.
I'm just concerned and anxious regarding this order.

Is it going on the truck tonight for shipping?

Yes and yesterday they said 2 weeks for shipping but I'm currently waiting for a email from him in regarding this status change.

the retail manager can look into the system and tell you exactly where it is once in transit. If they refuse or deny that they cant, they’re lying to you.
