Status Question

Hello all! New to the forum here. 4/2021 reservation, 10/21 order date. is the snip below normal where it shows "Order in Progress"? i had the towing capability removed from the order Feb 28th. when i found this link and looked at status, it makes me nervous that the order hasn't been completed.

That's normal for anyone who hasn't been scheduled for production.

@REDTRAK there are definitely folks around here with much more experience than I have, it's my understanding that the "process flow" will change to "In-Production" once you receive the notice from Ford (i.e. VIN, build date, etc.).

Unfortunately that's where my knowledge ends as I've been in this status since my order date (2/28/2021). However, I do remain hopeful!

I wouldn't know. We Canadians never get updates online lol I have a VIN but it still doesn't show a build date.
