My dealer sent me a text on Friday saying he had received the MSO from Ford. I had to look up what it is (manufacturer statement of origin). He said that means it’s been built but all trackers show it’s still in production. Anybody have any insight for me??

Your dealer would need to pull up the Vehicle Visibility Report to see what's happening. In my experience, having an MSO definitely means it has been down the main assembly line, but doesn't tell us if it is waiting for a component, if it's been released for shipment, or what the deal is.

Thanks for the info. I will ask about the visibility report.
