While we knew it was going to be a wait for our new Bronco, I have been very disappointed in the lack of communication from our local dealership.
I called a larger dealer a few hours away to ask if switching to them would help speed up the process or move me to the back of the line.
She said it would not but that the items on my build, 2 door, hard top, trailer tow, luxury package and 2.7 were all contributing to my delay and she said it could be another 8-10 months.
Does this sound like what any of you are hearing?

Sounds like they were shooting straight with you. 4 months is nothing. A lot of these ladies and gentlemen have been reserved since July of '20. Do a search. There is lots of information regarding constraints and speculation about how orders get pulled for production.

I feel I speak for the the other 1000+ members on the board with similar stats.
We all want our Bronco's and are frustrated by the lack of communication from Ford.
All we can do is wait.

Yeah, expect longer wait. I’m early first week reservation holder and haven’t heard anything on my 2 dr badlands Sas, 2.7l, high so good luck on the 8-10 more months. You got like 100,000 reservation holders ahead of you

Your dealer is probably has more orders than allocations. Additionally anyone with build priority, reservations, will get pulled before yours assuming its buildable. You have a lot of constraints in your build so I don’t think you would/could jump many. I would say a minimum looking at your build another 6 month possibly.

Yes very possible. I wtd 519 days for mine. Things have improved some, but with allocation and commodity constraints, and the microchip shortage it can be a very slow go. Can't be in a rush on a bronco order. And many will or have waited far more than a year for theirs.

Four whole months - how quaint.

Seriously though—like many of us—have most of the deadly sins (rare commodities), the biggest being a two door with tow. If you want to jump in front for a quick delivery switch to a 2.3L four door soft top with no tow or Squatch.

Otherwise, welcome to the Left for Dead club.

Are you happy with yours? Was it worth the long wait?
Thank you.

Understood, we will be patient and get what we wanted. Thanks for the ideas on how to speed up the process though.
Do you have yours? If so how long was your wait?
