Used tires are a great value. Once the titties are gone they are worth half price. Those are nice tires..I would ask about 800 to 1k for 5 if they were mine if they were pristine and no chunks out.
Good luck my friend...worst case list them on a more visible form. Maybe Craigslist.

Used take-offs are a great value, when you pay $500-600 for a set of 5 with wheels and TPMS sensors, but when you go above $1k, you can start buying new tires for that price.

He's way out there on these and they are not going to sell at $1500.
