I just had the same exact experience today on my 2023 Big Ben SAS. I was in traffic and the automatic start kicked in and the truck just shutdown. No power at all. I had to call for a tow and while I was waiting, I had to open and close the door to wave people by since I was in the middle of the interstate. By the time the trooper showed up, I opened the car door and the dash lit up. I started the truck and went right to the dealer. Now I’m waiting to hear back to see what they find.
