Just looking to see if other Broncos behave like this. Is it normal to take a few clicks or turns on the temperature knob before I can get it to change 1°? And all other cars I’ve owned one click equals 1°.

On mine, one ”click” equals 1º. I have the “non-indicating” knobs however.

I feel like I've noticed this, but always thought the knob was just laggy when first turned.

If I have it set to Fahrenheit, it’s a little goofy. Sometimes one click is 1°… sometimes it’s not.

If I have it set to Celsius (where I normally have it set), one click is exactly 0.5° every single time. So I suspect the HVAC system is actually in Celsius “behind the scenes” and they are just doing a Fahrenheit conversion for the display that you and I see.

In my bronco no. In my suburban it does like you said. Seems to happen more when it’s cold out.

Non display knobs, 1 click = 1 degree in fahrenheit

My base (no degree indicator) seems to move predictably between the red and blue dots.

This means you can move between your two options of "arctic winter" and "surface of the sun" seamlessly with just a simple flick.

Seems kind of variable between broncos but does look like a decent amount of people have one click = 1º. I’m wondering if mine is faulty, sometimes it takes 3-4 clicks just to move 1º
