Bronco looks great. I haven't checked local ads for take-off parts in awhile. Might need to now.

It's been on my mind that these 33" falkens are testing the base broncos stock suspension max capabilities and I'm not interested in finding out what it's breaking point is. I'm considering these rough country struts.

So far no negatives other than when I installed the flares. It was colder outside, probably about 45 degrees, so the plastic was not pliable and the adhesive wasn't sticking great. I think the instructions recommended warmer temps but oh well. I had to reach out to KBD to get new adhesive which they sent free of charge. The adhesive isn't technically necessary because the flares are bolted on, but it gives a seamless look with it. If you go that route, wait for a warm sunny day to save a headache. Here's the b6g post that inspired me to grab the KBD flares. The falkens tuck under very similarly to the pictures in this post. I'll snap a pic later to show you

Currently planning a trip to the San Juan Mountains in Colorado. July or August 2026. Planning to hit some mild/medium passes (Imogene, Engineer, Ophir, Mineral Creek). Assuming I take the Bronco, it will be a good test of current tires and clearance. I can’t imagine wanting to do anything more extreme than those trails off road. May also end up taking the wife’s 4Runner TRD Off Road. That thing is super capable and a much more comfortable highway vehicle. Just a lot less fun…. We’ll see.

Wow. Thats a lot of lift! Diff drop? What are you doing to keep the CV joints from wearing? And 235’s! That was the tire I originally had planned to run as a replacement. So, those are basically a 31” tire?

The price difference between 3” and 4” wasn’t very significant……so I chose 4”. The company that installed the lift (6 months ago)said My only concern would be the geometry of the control arms and to upgrade them. No diff drop or cv joint issues yet. 235’s are like 31.72”
