I have a 7/15/20 reservation date with an order confirmed on 1/23/21. I received an email on 8/19/21 telling me that it was scheduled for a build date of 9/13/21. On 10/1/21 I received another email saying the build date was pushed back to 10/18/21. I have been in contact with my dealer the whole time who has been as helpful as they can. They told me on 11/10/21 that is should be at their dealership around 11/20/21. I called yesterday and they said it was still in production in Michigan, which is what it says every time I track it through Ford's tracking system. I finally decided to call Ford's chat number and got forwarded to their Bronco specialists.

They told me that the front axle was replaced a third time on 11/30/21. They also said that this is one of the last things to be installed during production. They recommended that I call back Friday because they update the status of everything on Thursday. I will be calling every Friday until my Bronco is in the driveway! I am not sure what is going on at the factory, but I am worried about the build quality to say the least. I am not in manufacturing but, it seems like they are rushing things and/or have under-qualified staff. My order is a Cactus Grey 4dr Badlands 2.3 manual Mid. I definitely recommend calling Ford and talking to their Bronco specialist if you have any questions. They were very nice and helpful. Hope this helps anyone else wondering where there new Bronco is.

My Bronco was built on 11/3 but still hasn't left the plant. What's the chat number you called?
Thanks Paul

Wow, just Wow! The front axle is definitely not one of the last items to be installed on the vehicle. There is most likely no way that they would tell you the axle has been replaced even if it was. That would be internal plant info only. If the axle replacement was actually true, they would say something along the lines of your Bronco was on a quality hold.

Called the 800 number this morning to question why my Bronco hasn't shipped since it was built on 11/3. While the person on the call was very polite and tried to be helpful, she couldn't tell me anything more than I already knew from the tracker. Still frustrated in RI!

Front axel installation should occcurs before your blend date as this one is installed on the chassis line.
