I have got some Fuel Zephyr 17x9 with -12 Offset wrapped in Toyo Open Country AT3 LT285/70/R17. Just wondering if anyone could tell me if I will have any problems with this and I probably should remove the crash bars.... ? I will not have any lift at this time but plan to in the future. Thanks in advance, all greatly appreciated, I will post some pictures if I actually get them installed.

You should have no issues with the clearance for the Crash Bars. With that size tire, you will probably not want to lift it.

The -12 Offset will make the tire stick out of the Fender Flare a good amount though.

In my opinion, that's a lot of poke ... but some like that look.
By comparison, base to squatch only moves the tire out by 1.5".
You're moving it almost 3.5".

Should not have to remove crash bars until you get to 35's (315)...
Although there probably is a point where too much poke will push even a 285 into the crash bars at full lock. I don't think -12 is there yet.

I appreciate all this information, it wasn't really explained to me how it all works, could I upgrade the flares to the Sas and not have as much poke ?
