I don't know about MAPs schedule specifically, but many large scale manufacturing facilities are 7 day a week operations. I've seen 3 x 8 hrs, 2 x 10 hrs, and 2 x 12 hrs. I worked in one facility that ran 7 days a week, 3 shifts a day except for Sunday 1st shift which was a maintenance shift.

Too much investment in one of these places to let it sit idle.

I can tell you that all the modules didn't start populating until around 2 pm on Sunday.
