Tracking Site Issues

I have a VIN and 4 digit order # from my deal. I was supposed to be a 2/7 build date, which was pushed to 2/14.

Does anyone else have issues if you have all the info, but the Ford site is hit or miss. One day it will pull up, then for 2 weeks straight it won't even recongize my VIN.

Is this normal?

That tracker hasn’t worked for me in over a month!

Tracker worked for me yesterday and hasn't this morning. It's definitely glitchy.

It's worked only a handfull of times for me. I haven't seen it work in over a week now. The backdoor link doesn't seem to be updated anymore either. Still says 2/7 after getting two emails from Ford that its been pushed back. Currently at 2/28 per email.
