I picked up my Badlands 2.7 10 speed Saturday. i notices a few harsh shifts and wrote them off as the transmission learning my driving style. Sunday morning I got the dreaded service engine soon light. and notifications from the ford pass app. It was saying a power train issue was detected. I then pulled the battery to let it reset and cleared the codes. It came back when I took it for a drive. I cleared them one more time and went on another drive the trans temp got to 208. I had to stop at the grocery store and when i got back in the Bronco everything was working normally no error lights. I took it to the dealer this morning and they pulled the code and sent them to Ford. the engineer said it was the brreak in for the trans and had them clear the memory and reload the code. So far it is working great.
