I'm a philly resident. I'll do anywhere in PA or NY. Even upstate.

Who knows and that’s the point, it’s not a well known thing. In that area maybe people know that. But in the whole world people know Tri state area as NY NJ CT.
And I got to OCMD every summer for the last 20 years and I’ve never heard this DMV nickname.

im going to exclude mateos on coastal highway along with “our harvest” all of Dewey and Bethany,probably most of Rehoboth too.

but for real “dmv” does not equal Delaware.

first time I was in Dallas back in the 90s someone asked me if I lived in a/the metroplex. Confused and not sure I heard the question, I responded “no, I have a town house”. Lol. Lots regional jargon like that across the great USA. Peace to my “twin city” brethren! (Wherever that is!)

For the CT Boys we do a cars and coffee about every Sunday morning (spring to fall) at Farmington polo grounds. The stuff that shows up is unreal.

Also if you ask someone from Long Island where they are from they are about the only people in the world that wont say the state (NY) they say “Long Island like it’s so special you should know where it is. Lol

but was in NY for most of my life and every time I said I was from NY people assumed it was the city.

This is exactly why Long Islanders say they're from Long Island.

Them: Where are you from?
Me: NY
Them: Where in NY, the city?
Me: Long island

VS

Slight hike for you tri staters, but how about we meet at an offroad park like rausch creek in PA?

There's a brewery 20 mins from there, where we can have a brewski after we do the park. Also a lake nearby and we can tailgate it. I mean we have options people! This is a historical moment. The return of the Bronco. We should totally link up for a 1 time memorable thing

Of course we should choose a late date, like first weekend of October. Should be enough time for the first 3 days reservation holders to get their Broncos. Not too cold yet and we get to see the beautiful pennsylvania fall foliage begin to occur.

Thoughts?

I looked this place up back in the summer. Looks pretty awesome. Planned on hitting it up once I got the bronco anyway. Could be a solid choice.

A nice meetup spot could be Bear Mountain - some pretty good sized parking areas and sick overlooks. I'm up there alot with the guys on the bikes.
