True 35 inch tire question

I'm on the fence on buying true 35's or going to 37's and want to know what tires have been found to be true to size and what they measure when mounted? I have 315/70/17 KO2's atthe moment and they measure around 34" unmounted and 33.5" mounted and with the Bronco weight on them. Just want to see if I'd gain much by going to a truer to size 35 or not. I wheel my rig in Moab and other local areas in Utah and rub my skid plates more than I'd like to so hoping to get a little more clearance.

There are very few tires that run true to size. The only 2 I know of are Maxxis & Interco.
