I had some early mods to the Bronco done at the 4x4 shop and stereo place; one connection I can’t identify is this one. The tag on the wire or logo on the integrated inline 20 A fuse may offer some clue in case anyone recognizes it. It’s connected to the power post atop the fuse box. Splits into 4 power wires going into a harness; tried pulling the fuse to make things go off/not function but haven’t found it yet. It’s not winch, compressor, DSP, tuner box, or anything on Aux switches.

The 4x4 shop or stereo place can't tell you what it is?

One is out of biz, the other wants to take the truck in overnight; I’m under the hood today and figured I’d put this out there in case it’s an easy one. And if not I’ll open up the harness this weekend and trace.

Do you have Diode Dynamics SS3 backlight lights? I think the backlights are wired separate from the main light. 🤷‍♂️ Just spitballing, with no real clue.

Nothing actively backlit, no.
And I found it. It’s to the decommissioned Rockslider steps. I welded cover plates on those sliders over a year ago.

How to know you have too many mods is when you’re troubleshooting crap that isn’t even in use anymore.

Ghost wiring has had me on in my back under older trucks at work a number of times.

That's what the shop that's still in business wants to do, and probably charge you for it. If they can't tell by looking, they can't be that knowledgeable about Bronco wiring.

I'd fix that one labeled RAM 22 something.
