Union Pacific Train General Hold

I posted this question in my build week group, but thought more people might be able to answer it here. My train made it to St. Louis and the phone trace is now saying it is on a general hold with no release ETA. Does anyone know what that means? I was on a plant hold for several weeks so I hope this isn't something like that again.

While I don't have a rail car number, a couple of days ago my dealer advised my WT was in St Louis and still scheduled to arrive as planned. I have not heard of any holds in St Louis until I read your post.
