Been trying to find a good hood cover for hail while my bronco sits outside at work. Living in Oklahoma as you in Texas have a high turn around for Hail. I have found some full car covers but find it a pain to have to carry around. I think if I can find a alternative to just the Hood, now especially after seeing your post would suffice. If anyone has any suggestions, that would greatly be appreciated. PS> Already thought of the pool noodle thing. LOL. Want something that will breakdown into a small package.

Update... MIC 2.0 didn't fair as well as we first thought. Thanks to @Area51BS we used the baby powder method and found multiple fractures on every panel. The insurance adjuster was out today, I should have coverage estimates within the next few days. I'll update as I have additional information.

I would consider this a present from mother nature and thank her for my new fiberglass fenders and hood my insurance was about to purchase for me LOL

Mostly cosmetic. Fiberglass parts are usually different design from original so you get a custom look. @ADV Fiberglass makes awesome parts for the bronco including some pretty cool looking hoods.
