Northridge4x4 is committed to providing the #1 customer service in the industry and we pride ourselves on listening to our customers.

With that said, we have made a change in 2024 to have a industry leading return policy.

Its pretty simple. You have 60 day window to return an item and all you have to do is get a RMA from us and ship it back and we will take care of the rest.

Always been happy with Northridge 4x4, they have done so many orders correctly (20+) and just once, something happened due to manufacturing, not them. But Northridge 4x4 opened a case and monitored closely, calling me for updates to make sure I was taken care of with the manufacturer before they had to step in.

It's when things don't go right, that's when you figure out what company you will do long term business with.
