Upper Windshield Mounting Point

I'm interested in creating a bracket for the upper windshield. I want to connect a cover that I can drive around with at low speeds, that will just cover the top. The idea is to clip in the rear gap above the rear window and attach to this front mounting hardware. I can obviously measure (I get 1-5/8") but would like to know the specific center-center spec.

Then, where to get generic hardware? All I have found so far is light bar mounts which are too big.

I have sourced simple wall hooks, and may just drill them to fit. Would be great if I could find powder coatewd hardware.
