I was in Death Valley two months ago but in my F150 Raptor. When it comes to wash board fast is better I do about 40 mph very smooth. Slow sucks that's what most do.

Yep, grew up driving on dirt more than pavement and most of it was either loose gravel or washboard. Faster is better over washboard, and I could drift before I even knew what that was.

Is it my imagination, or have side by sides made this worse? There’s roads around here I’ve been over several times in the past that have just gotten almost unbearable.
About 1/2 of our driving off pavement is bitching and complaining about how the SxS have torn trails up. So either we have a very similar imagination, or it's true :)

Don't get me started on all the trash and spent ammo people leave out in the wilderness!
