Looking for input. I've had my Bronco BD Sasquatch for about 10 months. I take it through the touch free car wash at least once/week. I've never had any of the roof panels off. We had some moderate rain overnight last night - Nothing big. While driving today, (light rain at the time) I take a right turn and there's a small splash on the dash. (See photo) At my next stop, I check the seams in the roof panels and they are dry. I check the trim at the top of the windshield and it's dry. Passenger seat is dry. Passenger floor may is dry. Windows were all closed. I cannot see where it could have come from.

Reseat the panels. The water pressure from the car wash may have disrupted a seal.

Hi there! This leaking concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience. Please send us a private message including your VIN and local Ford dealer so we can investigate further. Thanks!

U P D A T E - Bronco is in the body shop. So far, they've found a plugged drain and a failed piece of weatherstrip. Parts ordered. On a side note, they gave me a 2024 Badlands. It has a few conveniences that mine doesn't have like a phone charging pad and heated steering wheel. I did notice however, no "rolling rocks" on the display on startup and the window drop works. I'm guessing no updates have been done to it.

Are you sure it's not an Outer Banks? Never seen a Big Bend with LUX Package.

My mistake. I had to go look at the badge. It’s a Badlands.

UPDATE - 12/11/2024 - Round 2. Light rain overnight. Headed out this morning to run some errands. First right turn, the dash gets splashed from water dripping from the trim piece behind the passenger side sun visor. So long story short, the Bronco is back in the shop. I'm more disappointed than I am pissed. The dealership has always treated me very well. With that said, I'm as tired of seeing them as they are of seeing me. Just a gut feeling. No badlands this time - A used Ranger for a courtesy car.

Update 12/12/2024 - Bronco is home without resolution. The body shop found another seal they want to replace but its on national back order until March. I can’t fault the dealership or the body shop but to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I traded my 2018 F-150 Raptor for this vehicle. The Raptor had an ongoing issue with the door locks freezing. Eventually it was resolved but not without multiple trips to the body shop, recalls and TSB’s. Now this. Is it a huge deal in the overall scheme of things? Maybe not but for $55k I shouldn’t have to keep a $2 towel tucked over each sun visor.

Check if the hole in the middle is leaking. If it leaks, the water will go into the overhead trim like you showed. Mine has just a piece of foam taped over it. I discovered that when I installed my overhead molle panel. Why would Ford do that in the rain gutter is beyong me...

I have the EXACT same problem. I took delivery of my 2024 Badlands Sasquatch on November 15th. As soon as I looked inside I noticed standing water on the hero switches, dripping down the 12" entertainment screen. And I don't mean just a little.... I went in to the dealership and they didn't notice it, despite doing the PDI. We drove it and every time we stopped or turned, there would be a fountain of water coming in, running down the rearview mirror. Took it apart and they told me that the seal that runs across the front of the windshield had loose screws in it, that nothing was attached to the threads and that maybe it was stripped out from the factory. A week later they told me it's fixed and ready for pick up. Fast forward a few days later, we got some decent rain and whenever I make right hand turns, water pours down through one of the seams in the plastic above the passenger's side visor. So, it's now leaking in a different spot than originally. And I'm very frustrated with Ford - A 74k vehicle that leaks water every time I turn right.... If I find out anything regarding a fix, I'll let you know.

Thank you. I will let you know if I hear anything. Last visit they said the seal they want to replace now is on national back order until March.
