Took it in again yesterday. They took it apart and re-assembled it and said they're pretty confident they stopped the leak.... I'm not LOL. They have another Bronco in the shop for about a month waiting on the same seal that's on national backorder until March FWIW.

I have a 2024 Badlands that I got 13 days ago. I did bring it through the car wash to get some of the salt off of it however there was water leaking into the drivers side from the sun visor. Has anyone else had this? I will definitely bring this in to be looked at but wanted to see if this has been an issue for others.

Welcome to the club. Mine leaks on the passenger side. Dealer thinks it’s a seal that, thus far has not been available. Still waiting.

I may be a bit late to this. My bronco had the exact same leak. There was no amount of replacing seals and adjusting roof panels that fixed it. The dealer literally plugged every weap hole in the header seal with some rubber cement compound to finally stop the water from dripping into the cabin. I still get water leaking in the passenger door trim near the door speaker, but that is getting looked at soon. It is astounding how terrible the removable roof design is on these things. After two brand new roofs, rear glass replaced, rear glass seals replaced, 2 accelerator pedals, faulty speakers, faulty roof seals I'm ready to be done with this pos.

Can you lemon law it after being in so many times for the same issues?
