Weird interaction with iphone

So after I ran the most recent sync update, my iPhone copies the sync screen anytime I take a screen shot on phone.. It happens even when I am disconnected and Bluetooth is turned off. From hundreds of miles away even and when I’m nowhere near my Bronco…in that case, my iPhone takes a second pic of a black sync screen. Anyone experience this? Very annoying…

When my Bluetooth is on and I plug in my iphone, it gets incredibly hot. I had it plugged in to utilize apple maps with Carplay while also charging my phone. We're talking real hot.
I don't have this situation with my Honda or Hyundai. Kind of disappointed on this subject.
I don't seem t have the issue with Bluetooth turned off while plugged in, so it seems to be the Bluetooth interaction.

I’d suggest that you reboot the iPhone by pressing the up volume then press the Down volume button followed by holding the opposite side button until the apple logo appears.
Then see what happens when you do a screen shot.

2nd screen screenshot is normal when connected to CarPlay. Not when unconnected. I’d report the bug to Apple.
