Weird intermittent electric Buzzing when engine (2.7) running!

I’ve honestly never opened the hood on my 2.7 bronco with the engine running before…. Heard this “fly in a kazoo” intermittent buzzing while the engine was idling…

Kinda sounds like the Idle Air control valve on my rx-7.

Something tells me it’s normal operation.. but.. never heard that before..

anybody know?

I’m not counting that out.. but this really seems like an electronic buzz rather than a loose rattle…

NOW…. if the waste gate is s stepper motor and the loose linkage is causing the motor to buzz cause it can’t find its location point…. That… i can see
