I would say ADM is more, Free market, but its not capitalism... capitalism would be if customers refusing to pay those prices and decide to go to another dealership that is not charging ADM. that new dealership becomes more successful. Thats capitalism... go educate yourself.

Call your local consumer advocate agency, they might be able to connect you to a lawyer who will help you sue their asses and take payment from the settlement. Depending on your state, that shit is definitely illegal if they really are advertising a lower price online.

Well, you might want to look into that idea a little more; apparently Jeep tops the charts in highest paid ADM lately (as a percentage of MSRP) and it lays claim to 3 of the top 5 spots for highest amount/percentage over MSRP. The grass isn't always greener on the side but it will cost you more green to go over there right now.

We see this, but the 3x Broncos my dealer has for sell are all 25-30K over depending on trim level. They have a base with a leveling kit and 35's for 70K. My wife and I both bought our Jeeps at MSRP. I bought the Jeep for the great trade in value I will get if I decide to trade for my Bronco.
