$899.00 - Predelivery Service Fee
$45.00 - Private Tag Agency

$495.50 - Electronic Registration Filing Fee
$450.00 - Florida Title, Registration and License Fees (should be $225)

Hmmm... I can't insert the quote from original message again.....?

Are they also charging you a 'Doc' fee? or is that what they call the 'Dealer Handling Fee'?
Doc fees are common. They are often regulated by the state, could be $100 or could be $999. Another poster said his were $699. It's $395 here in Pa.
Google says average is $670 in Fla.

Title/tag/registration..... if they use a third party, there will be additional charges. It's common if you are buying from out of state. Could be $200.
Some dealers can do the work in house, in which case there shouldn't be additional charges for it.

'Predelivery Service fee' is BS. Should be included in purchase price.

'Electronic Registration'?? Check with your DMV. I can see $35 but $495.

Overall, I'd say $1100 is justifiable..... $670 Doc, $225 Tags, and at most $200 for the tag service and elec registration.
The rest sounds like dealer bs profit.
