What the heck is this !?

Okay, my Race Red Big Bend has the “aerodynamic” thingys in front of my rear wheels .. Now my theory is that this “air dam” deflects the air under the vehicle from the forward rotating rear wheel 🛞. The down forced air then acts at bottom of the 🛞 allowing greater propulsion forward..
NOW, if you believe this.. I have beach front property in Arizona..
