What's up with my screen? Did I hit a button??

Yesterday I opened my door and the cool Bronco animation did not start on the 12 inch.
Today the screen did not startup until I hit the ignition and backed out of the garage. The back screen was blue with the Bronco not like the animation before?
Latter today after stopping for Gas, 12" Screen did not start until I got down the road.

• Is there a fix for this like battery disconnect?
• Did I hit something in the menu?
• Anyone have this happen?
• Should I take it to the Farrier?
• Build date 7/27/23 WT

Anytime my screen goes wonky I just reset it. Happens time to time.

The reset is holding the entertainment system power + track forward button for about 5 seconds

This same thing just happened to me for the first time. But it only happened that one time. Turned the bronco on and was all black. Vechile was on and running but the 12" screen was all black. I started driving and it started loading with the bronco horse logo. Hasn't happened since. Seems like it might have reset itself? idk. Also, when I went into reverse the screen was still black. No cameras came on like they normally do when going into reverse. I tossed it up to a software hiccup which happens from time to time and I guess the bronco reset itself to correct.

Hmm, one of Ford’s forced over-the-air updates for the new year? My ‘23 BL didn’t do any of that today but the Bronco animation screen did load slower today than before.

My 8" freezes up in creative new ways constantly. Using the power + fast forward button reset makes it reconsider it's inaction for at least a short amount of time.

On my recent 500 mile trip, I had to do that 6 times to keep the stupid thing running.

Hmm, one of Ford’s forced over-the-air updates for the new year? My ‘23 BL didn’t do any of that today but the Bronco animation screen did load slower today than before.

I strongly suspect OTAs. I’m seeing a range of one-time oddities over the last few weeks. Nothing beyond the mildest of inconveniences - next power cycling resolves it. I believe it will be addressed with other OTA(s) in the end.

I’m not sure if it’s just coincidence, but seams like whenever my Bronco gets an update, the screen/Apple play etc is a bit slower/difficult to connect, but when this happens it seams to fix itself after few minutes…..

there is a recall for blue or black screening
mine does it also i just havent had to to take to dealer
i just shut off "hard rock charlie " broncos name and restart it fix's
