Mine is a July 22 (2022.5) and haven't had the issue, but a reboot my infotainment a few times a week to fix Android Auto connection settings.

There is a spot on Sync that will show you the latest update installed - I can’t recall exactly where off hand. Somewhere in the Settings stuff if you dig around a bit

Ford Pass will supposedly do that too, but mine only shows an update from before I purchased the vehicle.

Same exact thing happened to me on NYE. Music was still playing but just a black screen. Turned back on after I started it again a few hours later.

Same things happen to me randomly over the last 1-2 months. Also anyone have FM radio and Carplay (Amazon Music) playing at the same time before?

The reset is holding the entertainment system power + track forward button for about 5 seconds

Yesterday I opened my door and the cool Bronco animation did not start on the 12 inch.
Today the screen did not startup until I hit the ignition and backed out of the garage. The back screen was blue with the Bronco not like the animation before?
Latter today after stopping for Gas, 12" Screen did not start until I got down the road.

• Is there a fix for this like battery disconnect?
• Did I hit something in the menu?
• Anyone have this happen?
• Should I take it to the Farrier?
• Build date 7/27/23 WT

22 outer banks.... big screen, started a few days ago. One night nothing. I will try resetting it since the screen has done something weird on some starts for the last 5 days. Maybe it does not like 2024??

My screen froze up on me 3 or 4 times in the last six months.

Software is buggy.

My Badlands is doing the same thing. It’s also developing blackout

Problem is the 12” screen. The 8” is way better

Must be why they got rid of the 8". I mean, aside from Jeep coming out with a big screen...

I believe that it's an update issue. Seems similar to when my cell phone crashed out after updating. Ford might have a fix for the bug on the next update push. Sketchy at the least.
