Where is the Ford Pass Performance App that was promised almost 3 years ago?

Just curious if anyone knows what's going on with the off road Ford Pass Performance App, which was promised almost 3 years ago? Seems ridiculous that it has not been released yet!

I couldn't find any recent posts on this subject so I started this new thread. Does anyone else besides me care that it has not been released yet?
