White throwback wheels (John R model) from Detroit Steel Wheels available early 2021

This has been mentioned in a few older threads, but thought I'd post the photo Detroit Steel Wheels sent me, along with the confirmation of availability at the beginning of the year (unsure of sizes). I'm not a fan of black wheels and would much prefer a set of whites like these on the BD.

Yes, they are making them specifically for the new Bronco. The question is will they make a 17" version, since all the wheels they currently offer are 18"+ (AFAIK).

Oh man. I love my black steelies on the BD but if they make this in a 17 that fits my Bronco, Detroit take my money!

Question for the experts. Would you call these dog bowls, moon discs or poverty caps?

I am not getting the bead lock upgraded rims on the Badlands. I want something in the 17x8.5 or wider than the 17x8 offered. I would love to rock some white steel 17x8.5 wheels on a A51 badlands. Plan to change out the rims at some point and these are on the radar.

Detroit Steel Wheels calls them Dog Dishes.

I‘d prefer to be able to use my factory tires and not have to pay for both wheels and tires right out of the gate.

Detroit Steel wheels is an awesome company. I just got 20s from them for my K5 this year and they are too cool. I had to coat them myself bright white since they only offered Antique white so I got them raw and coated them local. Put the OEM dog dish on and they look awesome.

Those do look great. A couple questions though:

Why 20"? Weren't the 60's era Broncos 15/16"?

What's a "dog dish"? Edit: found it... They're Centercaps! But older.

Those are for my K5 blazer they look just like the 80s but is a 20. “Why a 20?” Because it’s 35 years later and styles change. I just like the look of looking like the 15s but bigger
