White throwback wheels (John R model) from Detroit Steel Wheels available early 2021

Detroit Steel wheels is an awesome company. I just got 20s from them for my K5 this year and they are too cool. I had to coat them myself bright white since they only offered Antique white so I got them raw and coated them local. Put the OEM dog dish on and they look awesome.

Like the look for an alternative set of wheels but they seem to go with certain colors.

No, I gave up. I would check every week and they would tell me any day now. They needed to get the wheels tested and certified before releasing them to productions.

Plan B looks better to me anyways. Those look nice. 80s retro instead of 60s. I like it.

You undoubtedly made the wise choice with Plan B, which look great. I emailed Detroit Steel Wheel this week asking if they are still planning to produce the John R and they haven’t bothered to respond.
