Love to see them!
should have the white walls in about three weeks. Your guess is as good as mine on when the bronco will be here. I do have a build week of February 7 so hopefully sometime before May

inspired by
@BadBlueBronco
build, I ended up ordering Black Rhino Deltas and having the powder coated by a local shop. Happy with it.

Looks great. I wonder if you can have the door handles painted white too.
Originally, i had the idea of making the grill, mirrors, for handles and flares all white. Then i saw a picture of a velocity blue that was trimmed out in white and it looked like a clown car. So my ideas shifted.

But I hear you, because the handles are half-eaten by the white stripe. There is even a wider (taller) stripe available now that wasn't available when i did mine. I would probably have gone with that and then would have had to do white handles.

Originally, I was determined to recreate a specific vintage look. Now I have softened to the idea of a retro tribute but still accepting that this is a new vehicle with it's own specific style.

quick doodle in PhotoShop with white handles. I think it would look good, but it is a slippery slope.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep thinking about it.

When I pull the soft top for the summer, I'm definitely wrapping the roll bar in white.

You're completely right. More white looks good on other colors, but with Race Red (my color as well if I ever get it), I think any more would be toomuch. It's also a matter of matching the whites, which can be tricky. I did see in another thread, that someone bought factory white handles. Either way, I'm jealous. Maybe I'll see you driving around RI sometime. I'm in the beach areas and Newport as often as possible. Also, How noisy are those tires?

Fifteen52 Analogs with 285 75/17 Ridge Grapplers. Not a huge of the poke from the zero offset wheels but swapping to SAS flares helped (not pictured). They cover the tread.

I'm actually up in MA, despite my handle.

The tires are stupid-noisy. I knew what I was getting into but they are loud. I had ProComp Xterrains in the past and I thought these would be similar. But they are way more aggressive. The voids between the treads are bigger. I drive back and forth to VT this time of year and it is too much. When these wear out, I'll get something a little less aggressive.

But I have to add that the traction is 1 for 1 with the noise. There is a specific trail that I had trouble on a climb with the stock 33" KO2s. To get up this hill, after a bunch of failures, the only way I could do it was to put it in low range, lock the front and back diffs, start in second and gun it with a run. And with all that, I just made it up.

With the new tires, I can walk up the same hill in 4H, 1st gear, rear diff locked. The summer will bring a lot of off-roading that will make good use of these tires. But over-road, they are awful. -can't sugar coat it.

That KO2 run sounds like more fun though!

That is my Bronco. That is a pretty recent picture. I just barely got the black bronco letters put back on. Going to do the red overlays tonight. Thanks for the props.

Happened to see it while grabbing some JCWs 😂. I may have parked next to it and taken a picture of both of our Broncos too. I tried to make sure there was no identifiable information in the picture though!
Awesome work on it!
