Dealer sales manager had his weekly conference call with his Ford rep today, who says she’s not getting any updates from the build team
. What’s new. Honestly never really know what to believe. Obviously there’s a lot Ford doesn’t want us to know…
After I heard from the dealer I made another call to the hotline, which was slightly more fruitful than previous calls. She was able to tell me that there’s no note or flag indicating they are waiting for any parts to complete my build. Which my best guess means it’s likely sitting in the MIC quarantine lot with all the other MIC misfits. If you haven’t called the hotline lately it might be worth a shot- I gained slightly more insight than I had before the call so who knows what you might learn.
Speaking of quarantine…the friendly young lady on the hotline did mention something interesting that I had not heard before (and by that I mean read here
). She said one of the recent MAP stoppages could have been due to someone testing covid positive among workers and having to quarantine the exposed folks at home. Don’t know how true that is but can’t imagine her saying it if it didn’t have some grain of truth. Seems like information Ford wouldn’t want getting out…

If my abacus is correct, looks like 28% shipped and 13% delivered. And that's probably on the conservative end, because I'm sure some of the 120+ users haven't given you updates.Few updates. Let me know of any corrections.

Honestly not as bad as I was thinking. Not sure if I should feel more or less hopeful. Either way, thanks for keeping up with the list!

Have you tried calling to see if you have had a reschedule?
I would think all of the 7/19ers have been built or rescheduled to a different week...
you might have been built but like a lot of us sent to production jail..

Yup I read it same - Only outlier is @Debs 7/22 MIC shipped
There are a bunch of us “softies” in purgatory too...

True. Not trying to take away your plight. Just thought it was the biggest factor.

We have recently built your 2021 Bronco but due to a chip shortage we have set yours aside until this part comes in from our supplier, as soon as it does we will expedite shipment of your bronco to your preferred dealer.. and we are sorry we forgot to send you the poster that we sent randomly out.
