Your build week should change to a build day.
My build week was 6/28.
It then changed to build day 6/30.
Sticker appeared on 6/22.

The date on the bottom .... it just updates weekly while it is in the system.

Given all of the inputs here, and that my last two were 8/31 and 9/7, I take the date in the bottom margin to mean "This windows sticker is current as of XX/XX/XXXX." Maybe nothing changed, maybe it has, but it's just to let whomever know that this is the latest sticker information. Probably just that simple.
