Windows stopped dropping

Normally when I unlock the truck or touch the handle when it's locked the windows drop about a quarter inch. Today both passenger and driver window stopped doing that. When I pull the handle the windows still drop, but not when unlocking. Tried resetting the window module by holding the button down and then up but no luck. Anyone run into a similar issue?

Normal. Ford removed that feature in a recent update. Few posts about it already on here. (Also, touching the handle alone has never caused the windows to drop)

No problem.
Apparently it was causing issues, or at least that’s what they claimed

Hope that Ford puts that feature back by fixing their update error.

after the update my drivers side rear window has shit the bed
auto down works
no auto up
only that window does not drop when opening, so when you close the door the glass sits outside the seal, leaves a nice gap. Also fun when opening the door and the window does not drop.
the other three doors are still dropping though lol

Sounds like they just need to be reset. Pretty common.
