Windsheild Accessory Cover Part Number?

Hello all! I lost one of the body colored windsheild accessory covers (driver side) - does anyone know the part number or how to order online? Also, can this item be ordered pre-painted or does it need to be ordered and then brought to a paint shop.

I was messing with it and didn't snap it back on properly - lesson learned on that one...
